Doug Barnes Jr. has been hit with a one-race suspension, sidelining him from this weekend’s event at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. He has also been placed on probation for the remainder of the 2026 CARS Tour season. Series officials cited “flagrant rough driving,” “retaliation,” and “intentional contact with another competitor” as the primary reasons for the stiff penalty.
