Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway is back in action on Saturday, April 1st, celebrating its 119th year of auto racing. The 2023 season opener will feature seven local divisions, including Limited Late Models, Pro Late Models, Pure Stocks, Street Stocks, Pest Doctor Front Runners, United States Air Force Legends, and Murfreesboro Fence Bandoleros.
Fans have plenty to look forward to this year at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, including the return of the 500 Sprint Car Tour, the All American 400, and the newly formed ASA STARS National Touring Series. Racing begins at 5:00pm with the one-quarter-mile divisions. These divisions include the Bandoleros, Legends Cars, Front Runners, Pure Stocks and Street Stocks.
The Pro Late Model division will end the night with a 119-lap race on the big five-eigths mile oval in honor of the 119 years of racing at the famous Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway.
The 500 Sprint Car Tour presented by Auto Value/Bumper to Bumper Part Stores will make its first appearance at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, July 29th. The non-winged sprint cars will return to Nashville for the first time in 19 years. The high-speed open-wheel race cars put on fantastic shows with exciting side-by-side racing and extreme horsepower.
The All American 400, a long-standing tradition at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway for over 40 years, will return on November 3-5, 2023. The marquee Super Late Model race will be the season finale for the newly formed ASA STARS National Touring Series. Some notable winners of the All American 400 include Darrel Waltrip, Rusty Wallace, Chase Elliott, Gary St. Amant, Bubba Pollard, and John Hunter Nemechek.
