The iconic Pennsylvania Posse venue, Williams Grove Speedway, today announced a broadcast partnership with DirtVision. The racing broadcast network will carry all of Williams Grove Speedway’s regular season events headlined by the World of Outlaws 410 Sprint division.
“Williams Grove Speedway stands amongst a small group of tracks with weekly programs known around the world,” said Brian Dunlap, Director of Broadcast for DIRTVision. “The caliber of 410 Sprint teams and drivers racing weekly at Williams Grove is second to none. While our fans love watching the Posse take on the Outlaws, we can’t wait for ‘Showtime’ in the words of track announcer Bruce Ellis as he calls the regular season championship at the famed half-mile.”
DirtVision was already scheduled to broadcast six WoO Sprint Car events and one Late Model race from Williams Grove this year. Now the broadcaster will carry every regular season Sprint 410 race as well as five Super Late Model events.
“Williams Grove Speedway has always been one of the top weekly Sprint tracks in the country, and DIRTVision is the industry leader,” said Kathy Hughes, owner of Williams Grove Speedway. “The opportunity to have our weekly program on the same platform as the World of Outlaws gives fans across the country the chance to get to know our drivers better and makes it easier for our fans to follow the Outlaw guys, that should make for even more excitement when they run head to head.”
DirtVision will begin broadcasting from Williams Grove Speedway on Sunday, March 15.
This announcement comes on the heels of a similar announcement yesterday that DirtVision will also be the exclusive broadcast partner for Attica Raceway Park. The network will broadcast all regular season events at Attica headlined by the Attica Fremont Championship Series 410 Sprint Cars as well as the DirtCar Late Models.
DirtVision has broadcast many events from Attica and has always been dazzled with the quality of racing, the facility, and the staff.
“The investments that John Bores and our local community have made at Attica Raceway Park have put us in a position to be able to showcase our facility, track and partners on a big stage,” said Attica Director of Race Operations Rex LeJeune. “I think all of us at the track follow DIRTVision, and we consider it an honor to have our regular season featured on the network.”
DirtVision will begin broadcasting from Attica on Friday, March 20. The broadcast will include 305 Sprints, Late Models, and 410 Sprints.
