This setup is made for South Boston Speedway 2019 Season 3 night racing. It was made by increasing the stagger and balancing the tire wear on the iRacing default setup for this track. Tire pressure and springs were unchanged. I believe the shocks are still default. As I recall, the only things that were changed are the tire staggers, cross weight, and maybe the track bars. The setup will be faster in the early laps due to the higher tire pressures. You will have to do some long run testing for stability in later laps.
I have three setups for this season. Number 2 is similar to this one with a few more tweaks. It has a little bit less stagger and lower tire pressures. Number 1 is what I would call my setup for this track. The stagger is where it should be. The car turns better but is not loose. It’s fast from the start and better in longer runs as it stays very stable.
This particular setup seems to benefit some from maximum camber. Try setup 3a for that.
